Promotional Dates: Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 10/29/2017 and is scheduled to end at 11:59 p.m. PT on 2/11/2018, ("Promotion Period").
How to Participate: Visit Sponsor's website www.wintickets.ca during the Promotion Period and register on the website. Follow the directions provided and fully complete and submit a registration. Each participant must fully complete the registration page with all required information including his/her full name and valid email address to be eligible.

Grand Prize(s): One prize will be awarded. The prize is a Two Pack of Tickets to Powerhouse Theatre's 2017-2018 Season. The Prize has no cash value and the Powerhouse Theatre and its sponsors are not liable for any damage, loss or other costs incurred as a result of accepting this prize.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email after the closing date of the contest. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 5 days, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.
Claiming the prize: By accepting the prize, you also agree to have your photo taken for use by the Powerhouse Theatre and its Promotional Sponsors for promotional use only. In order to be eligible to claim the prize, a mathematical skill testing question is required to be answered correctly without the aid of mechanical devices.
Privacy Statement: By participating and submitting a registration, participant agrees that Sponsor and any other participating parties are authorized to contact participant via email, mail or any other form of media to make participant aware of information pertinent to the promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Participants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply unsubscribing.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, HACK, ALTER, RE-ROUTE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Additional Clauses: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or registration with these Official Rules, or as a result of technical problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the promotion as contemplated in these Official Rules.
